"Mobile Team" which related to the Emergency Response Project
Boushra Ismail Akeish, a community midwife in IDP team implemented by the Taybah Foundation for Development, funded by UNICEF- Al-Khokhah Al-Hodeidah, was able, on Sunday, 15 July 2018, to assist a displaced person in the IDP camp to deliver the correct birth.
The midwife, Bushra, says that while providing health services in the IDP camp, she received a report that the woman, Eman Hassan Morshed, was in labor and signs of birth began to appear. The midwife went to the displaced tent and made the required intervention
in accordance with established procedures and assisted her in the delivery process without any minor complications. The family was pleased with the help of the midwife and called the name "Bushra" on their daughter after the name of the midwife who had a role in
the process of
delivery in a safe manner. The midwife pledged to visit this family to ensure the health and health of her baby, "Bushra" .
